Please allow 2–5 business days for us to pour, prep, and package your order before it ships.
During launches, holidays, or cozy season rushes, this may take a little longer—thank you for your patience 🤍
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey home.

☀️ Warm Weather Note
Candles + heat = a little drama.
During warmer months, your candle may soften or melt slightly in transit. We do our best to protect every order, but we can’t guarantee against heat-related changes.
If your candle arrives a little melty, let it rest at room temperature until it firms back up—it’ll still burn just as beautifully ✨
📍 Double-Check Your Address
We ship exactly where you tell us to!
Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout—we’re not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order leaves our hands and is with the carrier, it’s officially on its journey.
If your package is marked as delivered but can’t be found, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly.
💔 Damaged Orders
If your candle arrives less than perfect (we hate that for you 😭), please reach out within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
